I’ve had my car security system installed at Sound Innovation twice now—once last year and again this year. Both times, I walked away completely satisfied with their service. The owner, Ernesto, and the technician are incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, which gave me great peace of mind. If you are looking for a trustworthy and high-quality shop for your car audio or security needs in the Bay Area, this is the place to go. I will definitely be recommending them to all my family and friends! Thank you

Ernie and his team were professional, knowledgeable, and honest. I was interested in putting an IGLA alarm system in my van and they were the only authorized dealer in the Bay Area. It took 3 days to install but they kept me informed and updated throughout the entire process. Fair pricing and top notch work. Very happy with my installation and would recommend these guys.

I recently brought my car in for a new audio system installation. Ernie and his team did top-notch work. They were upfront and clear about everything, and the final product absolutely blew me away! It sounds incredible and has exceeded my expectations in every way. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a car audio upgrade.

Ernesto is amazing!!! Very knowledgeable, honest, reasonable pricing and professional. Trouble shot a speaker noise for 3 days. Finally resolved it in my 1996 Lincoln Towncar. Ordered 2 new key fobs and programed them. Spent so much time educating us on speaker systems and sound. Thanks so much to Jorge for pulling the radio, door panels and spare tire. Also for showing us the alarm over ride button and for installing a new amp.

Ernie and his team helped weld in a bracket and install a radio in my 911T. Super clean and fast turnaround
